Deep fryers with raisins and pine nuts

There are many varieties of peppers that we can grow in our garden: bull horns, Piedmontese, mini peppers with a more delicate taste, the classic square. Among them, the fried peppers stand out: with a soft and tasty pulp, they are typical of Campania cuisine and excellent for a summer side dish.

Today we offer them sautéed in a pan with raisins, pine nuts and a pinch of toasted breadcrumbs: a delicious vegetarian recipe, perfect as an accompaniment to accompany summer lunches.
