This plant does not flower, but it is an indoor plant that smells very good and looks very pretty. It is ideal to have it next to open windows so that the breeze helps release the lemony aroma of the leaves.

Water it to keep it constantly moist. During the hottest season, place a few chips of bark on the ground to prevent it from drying out.
4. Mint and spearmint
This plant is one of my favorite houseplants to scent the house because they are among the most fragrant, their aroma is strong and can fill an entire room.
Both peppermint and spearmint need indirect sunlight. Therefore, look for a window that receives indirect sunlight and is also cool in the morning.

The Lily of the Valley plant is quite unique, both in its flowers and in its aroma. This plant has a fairly strong fragrance and the small bell-shaped flowers grow in clusters.

Hoya, or wax plant, is known for its waxy, dark green leaves. But the leaves aren’t the reason they’re on the list of fragrant plants, it’s the beautiful, fragrant flowers.
The flowers bloom in clusters and have a hint of pink and purple in the center. The aroma becomes stronger in the evening.
This plant needs lots of light to thrive. Let the soil dry out between waterings. And for those flowers to fully bloom, don’t cut off the long new tendrils, because that’s where the new leaves and flowers begin.
7. Floripondios or Angel Trumpet (Brugmansia)
Angel’s trumpets are one of the most fragrant houseplants, as their scent can fill an entire room.

12. Citrus Plants
Citrus plants are classed as indoor fragrance plants because they give off that natural citrus scent.
There are several types to choose from: lime, lemon, tangerine and orange. These plants themselves are beautiful and the best part is that they bear fruit.
To grow citrus indoors, all you need to do is make sure you place them in a spot with lots of sun, some moisture, the soil is easily drained, and water them plenty.
One advantage is that if you have cats and you want them to stay away from something in particular, place the citrus around that object and your cat will stay away. Cats can’t stand the smell of citrus fruits, up close of course!
