My opinion : With Facom, you clearly can’t go wrong! It is the brand that dominates this market of torque screwdrivers, and in its product line, this A.404 is the professional tool that I prefer. It has all the qualities to work efficiently: its partner is quite complete, the device is very solid, the whole is really functional and easy to handle (especially with the flat vernier and the very clear reading), the bits for the screws are provided and the original calibration is perfect. What I also liked about this model is that it arrives well installed in its rigid box, which protects it from shocks and stores it more easily between uses. Whatever work he does, he is truly one of the best you can find and one I would recommend without hesitation.

Designed for low torque! This Facom A.301MT is distinguished by its very different clamping capacities from what most other tools offer: 15-75 cNm in fact. It is therefore intended for very precise mechanical and electronic activities, above all because its weight and size are reduced. In fact, it is only 130mm long (for a diameter of 23mm) and weighs only 130g. Otherwise, however, it has the same characteristics as a conventional torque screwdriver. Its tightening direction is to the right and it has a vernier with torque reading on the handle and a 1/4″ female hex output for use with bits of the 0-4 mm series. Finally, it is delivered in its box with end pieces, male adjustment key and calibration certificate.
My opinion : In terms of precision screwdrivers, it’s hard to do better than this Facom! From the Microtech range, it has been specially designed for specific needs and in this area I think it really delivers. As with the previous one, you can already trust the brand: it is solid and perfectly calibrated on delivery. In addition, the tool is directly accompanied by several bits and comes with its very practical case to store everything, protect everything and lose nothing. But above all, it is perfectly manageable: it can be compact, it is easy to handle and you can work efficiently. It is true that it requires a little investment, but it is an excellent quality tool, capable of lasting for very long years!

With its Kraftform Kompakt, Wera offers an original solution: an interchangeable handle and blade system for quick replacement if needed! My opinion : The torque screwdriver made for electricians! Between its various interchangeable blades included and its sufficient tightening torque, this Wera is ideal for installing an electrical panel. If the brand is also specifically aimed at these professionals, it is still a tool that can be used in many other areas. The choice of the brand to offer a device capable of accommodating blades of different tips is also very practical to reduce the number of tools that you have to carry with you, even if you will obviously have to provide them to Wera if you wish. wish. make this screwdriver even more versatile. Compared to other models, the price is also not excessive: so you can let yourself be completely tempted!

The Wiha 2835 relies on digital technology: it is a torque screwdriver without a conventional reading scale, which, on the contrary, displays the tightening torque on a screen. To adjust this torque, which ranges from 1 to 6 Nm, it is not necessary to use a separate tool, it is done directly at the end of the handle. Fully compliant with standards, its accuracy is also +/- 6% and thanks to its counting function, the tool even emits a signal when the 5000 uses mark is crossed. It must then be recalibrated for absolute safety during use. Otherwise, it has a 1/4″ square drive as well as a composite handle with soft zones for optimal comfort. Regarding its dimensions, it is 134 mm long, 40 mm in diameter and weighs exactly 373 g.
My opinion : This precision screwdriver offers a real alternative with its digital display: unlike a reading scale which can sometimes be coarse, especially when the tool ages and the glass gets scratched for example, the numbers make it possible to clearly define the desired torque. Wiha could have made this setting a little more convenient, because sometimes you have to turn the knob several times to get the right setting, and that’s a waste of time! Although this is an important detail, it does not spoil the overall good impression, especially since everything is of high quality. This model is also available in other versions (0.4-1.5 Nm and 08-3 Nm) to meet different needs depending on trades and activities!

In this Proxxon, the classic click of torque screwdrivers is supplemented by a sensitive signal: the tool vibrates slightly in the hand to avoid the user in the event of a noisy working environment where the sound is not correctly perceived. My opinion : The Proxxon MicroClick MC 5 is, in my opinion, one of the best value for money you can find in this range of torque screwdrivers. Unlike a Facom, it’s not terribly expensive, and yet you have no reason to be ashamed of its performance. In fact, I found it quite precise and of good quality: the torque is easily adjusted, and once reached, the device stops and stops tightening. I also appreciated that the brand made the effort to offer an additional signal. The sensor cleverly complements the sound, whether in a noisy environment or for hearing-impaired users. In the context of a professional or leisure activity, it clearly has something to be useful for and I can only recommend it!
